HOW TO REACH
It
is possible to reach Gum from the regional center
Gakh on an asphalt road by trip bus or to employ
a taxi at the bus station. The roads up to settlement
Gum is covered by asphalt, except for a site of
road in length about 1 km in front of the bridge
across the Ardavachaj, on which repair work are
spent. Road is even, with smooth ascent.

OF TWO-DAY ROUND TO BUDUG
Day
I
-
First half of a day: departure Baku; arrival at
Gakh, fluent excursion in Gakh; picnic-lunch on
the way.
- Second half of a day: arrival at Ilisu and accommodation
in rural houses; a dinner from local dishes; acquaintance
with a household life, ethnography of settlement;
excursion in Gum (a mosque, two constructions of
the V-th century A.C.; Gum basil, a cult Albanian
construction); supper with local dishes.

II

First half of a day: breakfast; campaign in a wood
and picturesque vacation spot by name "Balli Bulag";
excursion to the fortress Sohub.
- Second half of a day: dinner in a lowland of the
river Garachaj, picturesque vacation spot by name
"Balli Bulag"; returning to Baku.
